Vidal is a crisp and refreshing semi-dry with aromas of pears and apricots that finishes with a wisp of sweetness. This wine has 1.6% natural sweetness and 10% alcohol and is very well balanced. Vidal continues to make us proud! This year, Vidal received a Double Gold medal at the International Eastern Wine Competition in New York. This wine has also already earned seven Gold medals so far in 2007 and has received a total of six Double Gold medals in the last six years.

Enjoy chilled with hors d'oeuvres, seafood, pasta, grilled foods and sunsets.

Grape: 100% Vidal Blanc custom-grown in New York

Production Method: cold fermentation, natural residual sweetness of 1.6% obtained by stopping fermentation

Aging: none, bottled early spring

Sweetness: semi-dry

Alcohol: 10%

Serving Temperature: 40º - 45º

Cedar Creek Winery is located in the historic Cedar Creek Settlement in downtown Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The limestone building was built in the 1850's on the banks of the Cedar Creek and the stone wine cellars are an ideal location for barrel aging Cedar Creek wines. Cedar Creek Winery is open daily to visitors for tours or tastings.
