Our newest estate wine to the Cedar Creek brand! Hillside Red is locally grown Marechal Foch from Wisconsin. It is a full-bodied, robust red with fruit reminiscent of bing cherries and blueberries. The wine is aged in American oak barrels for eight months, which enhances the body of the wine. Hillside Red can be considered our version of a Wisconsin Zinfandel with good aging potential.
